I would do the same as Dianne. There is nothing for her here. I wish I had any kind of link or reason to be able to go to the UK. I went to the UK on holiday and I wish I can go and live there someday as there is no future for me in SA.

We get free papers delivered to our door twice a week - they make for good recycling. And the articles are usually of more local interest or feel good stories. I am on a boycott of our regional paper. Just as a reminder I accidentally glanced at it last week, and in a front page article they had managed to move the highest mountain in Africa and replace it in a totally new country..... Yip, quality journalism at its best!

Huh > Sorry - your comment disappeared into my spam folder. Apologies on behalf of Akismet.

Why did I blog it? Because if I don't mention it, no-one does. And yes, I might attract people to reading that particular article and I might give the paper some "free publicity", but if that helps them to sharpen their act up (for example see this comment from a post from the same day) then I see that as a good thing.

Stan > It's a freebie at work. And it recycles beautifully.
IMHO, there really isn't much of a quality press in SA. The M&G stands out above all the others, but it only comes out on Friday. What am I supposed to recycle the rest of the week?
