Now I can do something about it. Maybe they simply don't know. It's entirely possible that they won't do anything about it, but it's worth telling them that their dog is a nuisance, just in case they choose to do something about it. Of course, the other route to go is to remind them of the new dog noise by-law - more than 6 minutes in any hour is enough to lay a charge against them. I lived there for my first two years in C.T and peeps just leave their (smaller)dogs at home all day-(and a few times the weekend)- to howl while they work and party!
