    I think having seen some of your photos, that I’m entitled to agree with you there mate. I’ll try and get some photos of the eyesores I have to see round here and we can compare

    You know while it certainly is attractive in it’s own special way…I always think it is going too far to call it the most beautiful city.

    But we’re all different and that’s a good thing blah blah blah.

    Sure, Venice is pretty, but it’s not spectacular. And it smells of wet dog.

    proof that a city can be beautiful AND smelly? Old City of Jerusalem (my home for a year) – so beautiful. and so “phew!!!”
