Well, good ole WeatherSA on Saturday was forecasting a high of 28 for Cape Town. By the 11am update on Sunday, they were forecasting 30.
Not bad considering at the same time they were reporting an actual of 34…
And this is the quality that we are supposed to be forced to listen to? Yeah right…
