My wife stepped off the Lions Head in Cape Town this morning and floated gently and gracefully down towards Clifton beach.

For non-Capetonians, that’s the mountain in question on the right and Clifton on the left.

For Capetonians, I’ll post the hospital visiting hours on here shortly…
